About the event
Guided Autobiography (GAB) is a semi-structured process for life review that incorporates individual and group experiences with autobiographical writing. Individuals of all ages have benefitted from the insight and personal discovery Guided Autobiography provides. The process is especially beneficial for people entering or wanting to enter a new phase of life or a new direction.
Workshops include some instruction on autobiography, some tools and perspectives to help inspire participant's writing, and time to meet in small groups to share participant's writing.
