Classes & Workshops

Guided Autobiography (or "GAB") is a researched and developed process of writing and sharing life stories. Instead of documenting chronologically, participants write 1,000 words (about two pages) at home on an instructor-provided theme before sharing it aloud in class. No writing experience is necessary.
