Registration opens August 1, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. PST.

An introductory 10-session class dedicated to writing one's own story through the Guided Autobiography (GAB) process. Class begins Thursday, September 14* and meets weekly through November 9, 2023. Classes will be held Wednesday mornings starting at 9:30 a.m. PST and ending at 11:30 a.m. PST.

This class meets via Zoom every week.

Downloadable materials will be posted in the GAB Seattle Member Group for this event. Signing up is optional. Additional supplies are also available for purchase. Please see our GAB Seattle online shop for more.
