An introductory 8-session class dedicated to writing one's own story through the Guided Autobiography process. Class begins January 8, 2024 and meets weekly through March 11. No class 1/15 and 2/19. Classes will be held Monday mornings starting at 10:00 a.m. PST and ending at 11:30 a.m. PST.
