In partnership with Seattle Asian American group, GAB Seattle is proud to present this 10-session class dedicated to recording individual stories through Guided Autobiography.
Presented by certified Birren Institute instructor Amy Chen, this 10-session class leads participants through the extraordinary experience of recording one's own life story. Truely transformative, this small-group session entails participants writing short, 2-page stories and then sharing them alound in class.
